Common questions.
I forgot my PIN.+
Use one of your 10 recovery codes on the unlock screen — “Forgot PIN? Use a recovery code” — to set a new one.
I lost my PIN and my recovery codes.+
Your existing notes can't be recovered — they're encrypted with a key only your PIN/codes can produce, and we never hold it. You can sign in and reset your vault to start fresh. There is no way for anyone, including us, to decrypt the old notes.
Can you recover my notes?+
No. Notes are encrypted on your device before they reach us — we only ever store scrambled text, so we have no way to read or restore them. See how it works →
How do I change my password or email?+
In the app: Settings → Security. Changes are confirmed through a secure link sent to your email.
How do I get a refund or cancel?+
There's a 14-day refund on a first purchase, and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. For a refund, use the form below with the email on your account.
Do you sell my data?+
Never. No ads, no analytics on your notes, no data sold. Privacy is the premise, not a feature.
